Engineer Academy
we have launched a training program for our employees, the aim of which is the continuous development of technical competences. Engineers have the opportunity to participate in courses in heat treatment and materials science, and all this is tailored to their needs and requirements.
Knowledge Plug
a series of internal training courses strengthening competences in the field of technical knowledge needed for the daily work of an engineer at SECO/WARWICK.
Foreign languages
in our daily work, it is necessary to communicate in foreign languages, especially in English. We cooperate with a language school that organizes both individual and group classes for our employees.
External training
